Formovate Studio provides advanced manufacturing, 3D printing (FDM and SLA), and design services including CAD modeling, reverse engineering, and DFM optimization.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our services are clearly communicated during the quotation phase. For bulk production and custom assemblies, a custom quote will be provided. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice. However, once a quote is accepted and payment is processed, the price for that specific order will not change.

5. Intellectual Property

Any designs, CAD files, or intellectual property provided by the client remain the sole property of the client. Formovate Studio claims no ownership over your proprietary designs. However, Formovate Studio retains the intellectual property rights to our own manufacturing processes, internal optimization techniques, and any original designs created solely by our team (unless explicitly transferred via contract).

6. Liability

Formovate Studio strives to deliver high-quality, engineering-grade prototypes and production parts. However, we are not liable for the end-use functionality, safety, or compliance of the manufactured parts unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. The client is responsible for testing and validating all parts for their intended use.
